September 2016 in Review

I can't believe summer is pretty much over :S we had a good summer though.  Hit up the lake/river several times and enjoyed life the month of July.  We had a lot going on the month of July so,  the river/lake didn't see us., we enjoyed everything else we did that month though. Well see what next year brings :) #excitedaboutnextyearalready:)

We started off this month like we have always liked to do, its our tradition.  We went to the LA county fair and a bunch of people that we love joined us.  The Davis family & the Burrell family.  Great experience :) The ladies escaped for a little bit to do a little wine tasting while the guys got to enjoy all the other aspects of the fair :)

The night after the fair we went to Alabama.  Brandon had to get some more of his family in, so we did it again LOL on somewhat of a budget :S #notreally:S We got to spend a little time with the family at the family house, then to the NO we went with pops to spend some time down there and watch the Raider season opener game :) it was such a good game.  I had all kinds of emotions that day, so glad we came out of there with a victory.  SO glad we were able to do this. I think, it is on our bucket list.  We want to experience as many stadiums as we can. So far we have gone to the stadium in Oakland, NY. SD and now NO.  It is a great stadium and thankfully it is indoors cause the humidity down south is CRAZY.
So, we went to the game and spent time with family then back to Alabama we went to spend more time with family.  Everything we did was GREAT :) hung out, shot a little pool, walked the streets, had late night food etc...we had a GREAT time doing all of it.  For the most part we got to see a lot of people.  We didn't get to see everyone though, trying to get everyone in is always hard :S but of course we saw the grand parents :) we made time for that above everything else.
It was a GREAT trip and the southern hospitality is DOPE.  You can never get to much of that.  We got LOVE in Alabama and the NO.  They LOVED, above everything else that Raider fans came out to visit.  #freedrinks:S

here is a mess of game day pictures with the family :)

Of course I had to get me a grenade :) time didn't a lot to get the famous dessert down there :S next time :) I don't think this city has seen the last of us yet.  We have gone down there every year for the past 3 years :) #enjoyinglife
