Review of May 2016

Hello everyone :)  

Its been a FUN crazy year so far and I only anticipate it getting better :) We are full swing jumping into this summer and are going to ENJOPY it :) We went to Laughlin last month and are going again this month by ourselves :) we got this and can SO do this :) Im SO happy that we have been able to do this and get back into the swing of things :) I LOVE our mini vacays :) So far we definitely have Parker lined up cause we have family coming to visit :) Laughlin, well depend on  a lot of things :S More then likely they well be a last minute decision where we will just pick up & go especially cause we know we can now :) & we are on a waiting list for Havasu :) our time share is already booked up out there :S #Hopefullywegetluckyagainlikewehaveinthepast:)

I don't do much with my time :) but I do need to follow up and get to reading again :S I have asked and people have made several recommendations SO I need to get on it :S 

What do I do with my time :S a whole lot of nothing :) don't be jealous :) I find ways to occupany my time :) like staying active and working out, cleaning up all the time, and working in my lovely garden :) My garden is lovely and is SO therapeutic #ILOVEIT We have a lot growing out there still :) #CollardGreens,BellPeppers,JalapeƱos,JumboJalapenos,Strawberries,Papaya,GreenOnions,Lettuce,

Im about to add Cantaloup and Watermelon to the mix :) well see how that goes cause last time I grew them the leaves grew like crazy and I only got 1 cantaloup :S but, my friend gave me a  recommendation and she explained to me as to why I only got 1, so Im going to try to self pollinate:) Another friend made a recommendation to make my own compost and my mom showed me how to make it so Im trying :) I'st ok and hasn't been to hard at all :)

Happy 5 de Mayo falks :) We had a good 5 de mayo at the house :) I whipped up dinner :) My tasty version of this chicken enchilada bake that a friend posted on Facebook with a side of refried beens, tortilla chips and homemade guacamole :)

I decorated the house for memorial day and SO had my brother on my mind :) #MilitaryFamily:S

Christina came home with Cyrus for mothers day :) He is getting BIG :) She did that LONG drive alone with the baby :S Something these days I wouldn't even consider to do but she's a kid :S So, glad she came home and we got to see the little bundle of joy :) So happy we all went to a wonderful Champagne brunch at Pomona Valley Mining Co :) 

Like, I said before I occupy my time a lot and one of the things I do is work out to stay active :)
I figure its a healthy time killer :) So, this month I decided to hope on my elliptical for an hour at a time, go for a 2 mile walk minimally, do a the countdown workout and this rubber band workout the hubby showed me :) I also started drinking a gallon of water a day :) I always just add cucumber and fresh squeezed lemon to my water and its SO yummy, it just makes me pee A LOT :S I wake up several times at night to pee :S  So, people ask and other may wonder where am I at these days with my weight lose, and its not a grand weight lose because I didn't have a lot to lose in the first place especially cause I lost a lot of weight in the hospital :S So, I will start from where I first started to track my weight on September 12th, 2013.  I weighed in at 152.2, now I weigh in at 138.4 :) so a 13.8 pound lost :) I lost the most weight last year when I started eating :) prior to that my body was in starvation mode :S the hunger sensation still hasn't fully come back, I just kind of know when I should be eating especially because my head will start knocking :S I don't think my current weight is to shabby, only 3.4 pounds away from my ultimate goal :) especially because I don't restrict my diet to much just make healthy choices :) Glad when I went to the doctor this month they told me why weight was perfect and I weighed the same as I did last time on their scale :) So I hit my goal so Im satisfied :) just working on toning up all over still and if I hit my ultimate goal in the process GREAT:)

Summer 2016

Branon took of to Vegas for a bachelor party and had to make last minute changes to his trip because of work but I am glad he got it in :) While he was gone I spent the night at my parents house and socked in baby Cyrus :) had a GREAT time over there :)

Happy Memorial Day Peps :)
We sat back and did a whole lot of nothing this memorial day which we are okay with :) we opted not to leave the house and do much cause we didn't want to deal with crowds and law enforcement.  This weekend I SO had my brother on my mind though :) we are SO a military family now :S I let loose this weekend and ate everything and anything I wanted to :) and of course Brandon had to BBQ everyday this weekend :) Friday, Saturday,Sunday & Monday :) So, we had a lot of shark bites :) he did them 2x's.  They are his favorite now :) its like he can't fire up the grill and not make shark bites LOL they are a must.  So, after the mad weekend on indulging on everything and everything and gaining a few pounds, we decided we are going to do a self imposed detox :) this self imposed detox  is fruit and veggies all day and a chicken salad for dinner. Well see how this goes :)

Now I will be getting ready for our trip to Palm Springs for our anniversary :)
