November 2014 Blessed and VERY Thankful :)

Another busy and fun filled month :) The closer we get to the holidays the busier we get with so many activities :) It has been another fun filled month :)  I am especially thankful like I always am for the other shot at life that was given too me :) SO blessed :)
I get to live a fun-filled life :) it is funny how you get to find ways to fill up your time :) I have a lot of time to do a whole lot of nothing :S It is extremely funny how I find ways to fill up my time and always do a whole lot of nothing but I stay busy all the time doing a whole lot of nothing :) I live the dream life :)
It is also extremely funny how you find HATERS out there :S Don't HATE I am glad I am still here and am able to do what I do which is nothing :S There are times where I do find myself bored and thinking WHY?? I guess I have to accept that I will never get an answer :S Its hard though :S and sometimes it makes me sad when people question why I haven't gone back to work yet.  When I think of the grand scheme of things I have an answer :S Somewhat.  I figure I did go to school and had a GREAT job and applied my degree for a little while in order to make good money and be able to get good money now for doing a whole lot of nothing.  I am still in the myths of thinking what else can I possibly do :S and maybe I do need to apply myself a little harder.  I just get so semiconscious about my speech.  So I do a whole lot of speech therapy now :) yeah I was in speech therapy for a little  while and it helped but it was SO boring :S a lot of it I can do on my own :) As far as my schooling goes it wasn't for nothing still working on a couple of other things when it comes to that.  So, I hope god continues to bless me when it comes to that.

We Started off the month at Slatters 50/50 for a friends birthday :) We had a good time like always :)

 Then that weekend we went to my parents house for the hubby's birthday.   So, we were able to get some family time in :)

 Then the following weekend we had a fun filled weekend with friends at SDBW at a Guild Festival We started off the weekend here by spending Friday night at Gordon Burch while waiting for friends.

 Then when they got there we spent the rest of the evening at Stone right in San Diego at Liberty Station :) We usually go to the Stone in Escondido but decided to try this one out since it had just recently opened :) We had a GREAT time :) We are so happy that we were able to keep our tradition alive and still go.  Out of the last 6 years we have been able to attend SDBW 4/6 times for obvious reasons :) It is all about tradition and celebrating the guys birthday when we do get to attend :) 

 This is us at the Guild Festival :) and the Hubby was in heaven :) So, glad he was.  This is the first time we were able to attend the Guild Festival and I see it in our future :) The goal is to attend this festival every year from here on out :)  it is a new tradition.

 Then the following weekend I had a fun filled time with family :) The girls had soccer games and then we went to the mail and I got ALOT of shopping on a budget in :) I even bought Peanut a Santa outfit to wear for Christmas :)  I love spoiling my dogs:)

 Then the next day we attended the Raider game and they were playing the Chargers :) We were able to have a blast with a group of friends and Michelle surprised Andrew for his birthday and actually attended the game :) I think it was a wonderful surprise.

 Us at the game :) We had gteat seats in the warm sun :) I am so thankful that we were in the sun and not in the shade, It also wasn't that windy in San Diego :) But the wind was blowing hard at home when we left :S

Then the next day I was able to spend the evening with this prince while the guys attended the clipper game :)  This little guy gets into everything and be running around instead of walking and has the cutest 2 step :)  He be grooving :)

Then we went on a 5+ mile hike up in the etiwanda trails :) We love hiking :) Its funny I wear my army hat with such PRIDE these days :) my brother is SO missed :)

Then it was Emely's Birthday :) She turned the BIG 9 :) it was a Glow in the Dark PJ party and I went with these ladies and had a GREAT time jumping around :) I was A BIG kid that day :)

 Then it was our friends birthday #HapyBirthdayAndrew:) So we got to go out to eat with some friends to the hubbys favorite restaurant :) Black Angus :)

My niece was also home for Thanksgiving so we ventured out and found a GREAT dog park for the dogs to enjoy :)  I need to take my princess a lot more often :) the whole day she never left my side she was SO nervous :)

 Then the holidays hit :S We spent the day at a cousins house and filled up on some GREAT food :) I didn't get to really enjoy because my wisdom tooth has been bothering me :S Leftovers lasted until Sunday morning ;) So I got a break from the kitchen :)

 Then that Saturday we celebrated my neices birthday which is today 12/1 :) we had to celebrate before she headed back to school :) She is the big 20 so only 1 more year and she will be fully legal and done with school :) at least the first part of school that is :) She is out there making us all very proud :)

Lastly, I get to wake up to this picture EVERY
DAY:) Its a GREAT picture and I LOVE IT :) 

Someone is also 8 months today :) I have the cutest nieces and nephew.  He is SO going to be a heart breaker some day :) Look at that smile :) Gotta love it :) 

The garden is still coming along wonderfully :) I work out there a little every day :) it gives me something to do :) I still be clipping my coupons :) but I know there has to be something more to it :S I love to save a dollar but want to become EXTREME I need suggestions so give them to me :) We don't do anything these days without a coupon :) I also, love my home gym :) I like to workout when ever I feel like it :) I haven't gotten into a normal routine like I once was :) I hit it only a few times this month where as before I was working out like everyday:S We had way to much stuff going on this last month so it was WAY to hard.  But a piece of me missed it all :) So today is the beginning of a new month so time to get back to it :) Can't believe we only have 30 days left in the year :S So much has happened :S and time has just been flying us bye :S #WHEREHASTHETIMEGONE!!!

October 2014 :) Its about to be a new year

Hello everyone :) It is unbelievable the year has just passed us by.  Only 2 more months left :S  It is already October and I have already started thinking of the holidays :S  Its crazy :S This month like the previous months has been filled with activities :) It is my birthday month and it is a lot of other peoples birthday too.

I started off the month with family.  My cousin was here and got her mom which was a huge part of my recovery :) SO blessed and thankful that she was here :) But, she had to eventually go back and be with her family  So she went back to the 305 :) But as she departed I had dinner with the family Friday night  and then went to Newport Beach/Balboa Island on Saturday :) I had a great time with my family :)

The garden is still coming along GREAT I am so proud of it :) I have a whole lot growing out there so it keeps me busy :) Our Jalapeno tree is producing again :) We have A LOT of Jalapenos growing and a bunch of flowers :) Our bell pepper tree stopped producing so I had to pull it up :S But I planted new seeds so hopefully we get a new tree and it starts producing :) Our grape tree is getting big but not producing either :S I think it is because of the birds :S I re-planted cantaloupe :) Our greens are growing wonderfully too and we eat them all the time :S Our okra tree isn't producing either so I think I might need to plant new seeds.  Our papaya tree is getting big and starting to produce as is our green onions :) Lastly are our tomatoes ;S Our cherry tomato tree is still producing :)  I pack it for my hubby's lunch all the time, like everyday.  And, then we have a regular tomato tree as well and it is HUGE and starting to produce again too :) So, we have a whole lot out there and I may add stuff  later but I am so proud of it and it keeps me busy and is therapeutic too :)

It was our comadre's birthday so we all went out for a night on the town to celebrate :)  We had a lot of FUN :) #wearegettingtooldforthis:S It was a GREAT time and we got to see a lot of our friends :).  She is a mother now. so we started the day off by getting some girl time in and pampering ourselves :)  Its all about that self care :)

Ebola
By the end of the night it was HILARIOUS:) We were able to get Gabe nice for her birthday and for some reason the guys wrapped her up with paper and thought they were getting protected from the ebola vvirus:)

A lot of people have been asking me what I do all day :) and, my response is always a whole lot of nothing.  I'm just sitting back living this good life :) I do a whole lot of nothing ALL DAY everyday :S and for the most part its OK but there is still that part of me that wants to do more.  Its funny how you find things to do throughout the day:)  So, I still plan on following up on everyone's recommendations and look for a job again.  It's great living the life I do, but I HATE not bringing anything to the table.  I keep on imagining how much greater our life would be if I could bring something to the table and not have my SSDI benefits impacted.  Thankfully we still get to do a whole lot, but imagine how much more we can do if I was able to bring anything else to the table.  If anyone has any ideas, let me know :)
My coupon game is still working :) I love to coupon and save a dollar :) We don't' do anything these days without a coupon.  I know there is more to it and I want to get REALLY good at it, like those extreme people we be seeing :) but, I haven't gotten there yet :S Any ideas?  I also have still been at it:)  I still work out all the damn time and now we have picked up hiking more often which has been GREAT :) I like living an active lifestyle.  It is also therapeutic :) So, I stopped posting this month, so if its been awhile since you have seen, me and you can tell I've been at it, then let me know :) I;m content with all that I have going on and I work out all the time to MAINTAIN it :) I also stopped posting even though I did it to motivate myself I work out hard with the idea that if I stay at it people will react.  So, we shall see :S Wish me luck :)  I want to see peoples reaction :)
It was also another friends birthday this month :) #HappybirthdayDeia:) So, we went out in the middle of the week to dinner with a nice group of people :) It was fun and exciting but also crazy all at the same time :) Mission was complete  :) We were able to get her nice for her birthday too :) and. though I do not work staying out late was a  no go for me :S I totally had a hump day that dragged on all the next day :S   Like I said before we are getting too old for this :S
Then it was my birthday :) So, I celebrated all weekend :) I started the celebrating on Thursday with family :) and had a GREAT time :) Then, Friday we stayed home and hung out.   We finished painting our garage, which has been a HUGE project.  Then, on Saturday we went on a hike in the morning and then to a poker tournament in which the hubby was victorious :) We stayed there all night and had a lot of FUN :) Then we had a football Sunday with some of my favorite people :) the raiders lost the game and I was SO bummed :S but, we had a good BBQ with all my favorite peeps :) Its amazing how big Isaiah is getting and he is doing everything on his own now :)

I think I get to see my other niece next month.  She is away at college :S Sometimes it all amazes me :) Time just keeps passing everyone by.

Then, there is my nephew Joey Jr.  He is getting so BIG its amazing :) He gets up on his own and is crawling and started at 6 months and is 7 months tomorrow :) I think he will be walking by 1 years old or maybe even earlier.  The videos I see of him are GREAT :) I need time to keep flying and for it to be April 1st so I can go see him and love on him and Claire and my brother be back from Germany.  Its CRAZY he is SO missed :) Its one thing being out of state and another being out of the country.  He and his family are enduring the military life and doing a GREAT job at it.  He has been gone for 2 months now and thankfully time has just been flying :) #comeonApril1st:)  and, I am just so sad and enduring being an aunt from a far :S

Halloween
 This was my Halloween and it cracked me up :)  Brandon decided he wanted to dress up and scare kids while, passing out candy :) So, this is him all geared up for the day :)
So tomorrow is  November I and it will be another busy month :) We have a lot planned in between the holidays :)  Its amazing when you have nothing to do the things you do and the way you find to occupy your time :) Some of the things I do now amazes me, but I just keep telling myself its great and there is nothing to it but to do it :)

September 2014 9 months in :S

We are 9 months in and its crazy I feel like the year has just passed us bye.  Im already starting to think of the holidays.  I have no idea what to buy on a budget.  No fun :( cause I love to shop :)  Yay :) its officially football season :).  We kicked the season off by going to the hubby's favorite spot.  Its a GROWN man spot :) We enjoyed our time there even though the Raiders didn't win the game :( But it was great to catch up with friends :)

We started off this month at the lake.  Which we usually don't do the holidays but decided too this year and thankfully it wasn't that bad :) We had a GREAT time out there with some of our friends :)

 Tried a new steak house called the Saltgrass and it was Good :)

Kicked off football season here with friends :)

Then I went out to eat with-old co-workers:) and it was GREAT to see everyone and catch up :)

 We had to miss our God Son's 1st birthday party because we were at the lake :( I was SO bummed but as soon as we got back we went to go see him :) He is like a real little man walking all by himself its amazing :)

 Then this little prince turned 5 months on the 1st :S and, is 6 months old today.  I have no idea where the time has gone :S And, this month my brother had to leave for Germany :S He gets to live the great military life and see the world :)  So, there are benefits and negatives to it :S Getting to see the world and leaving your family :S So many mixed emotions its crazy.  Its one thing that I don't get to see him because he lives in a different state and another thing about him leaving the country :S So many mixed emotions.

 I am such a coupon clipper these days :) We don't do anything without a coupon :) I'm not obsessed and extreme with it yet but I would love to be :) any help???

Got to go out to one of my hubby's favorite restaurants before he got a guys night in, in Las Vegas :)

 Someone got spoiled and kept me company while the hubby was gone :)

We hiked Monrovia Canyon this month a little under 10 miles took use like 5 hours and I was tired and sore for a couple of days afterwards :) had to get this in to see if I am going to be able to do the Mt. Wilson hike 14 miles round trip at the end of the month :S  Luckily I was able to do it and I enjoy hiking.

 I got to see this prince this month :) He spent the day with me :) He is such an angel :)

I added all the blessings to my home decor :) I have a Picture of Claire, Joey, Isaiah, Christina, Emely and Ellie.  But I think I need to add more.  So if you have a little blessing send me a picture so I can add it to my collection :) I need some more family pictures.  I need a picture of Amaya up there :)

Then at the end of the month we continued to have fun.  I got to meet the brownies little girl and she is precious.  I was able to attend Aisha Jades 2nd birthday party :) and finally meet her :)

Then that night we had an adult birthday party to attend. #HAPPYBIRTHDAYSURFY:)  Which called for a semi late night  and then the next morning we went on a supposedly 14 mile turn around hike with friends for another friends birthday HAPPYBIRTHDAYMICHELLE:) Going on a hike was a GREAT idea :) I am SO PROUD of my self cause I did it even though at several point I was ready to give up :S But I completed the task.

 Can you see him?  He decided to go all out and be one with nature :) So he got Camo to go from head to toe:) He looked GREAT and everyone loved it :)

Overall, it has been a wild and crazy month and so far it has been a horrible football season but we are still going to the game in November in San Diego :) We are Raider fans if we win, loss or tie :  I still do a whole lot of nothing :S and currently looking for work and everyone's ideas are great I plan to follow up on all of them :) I still work out all the damn time and have these last eight pounds to lose until I'm completely satisfied.  I'm satisfied but not  completely.  They say to set yourself up with goals and work at them which I am doing :S  If anyone has any good ideas to drop these last 8 pounds please share.  The garden is still coming along wonderfully too :) I cut and work out there and wash greens like ALL the time #everyday:S  We have like 14 bags frozen thus far and have that deep freezer now :) so my husbands dream of having greens everyday is coming true.  This month we had them all the time :S #likeeveryday Hope everyone else has had a great month too :) Stay blessed people :)
